Individual liberty is a cornerstone of our Constitutional rights. He will work tirelessly in the Legislature to safeguard individual liberties and preserve parental rights.

LOWER TAXES

North Dakota families are burdened by heavy taxes and runaway inflation. Carter will fight inflation by finding ways to reform and reduce the tax burden.

ELECTION INTEGRITY

Elections in North Dakota must be fair, transparent, and free from federal interference. He'll prioritize election integrity, and will protect the autonomy of North Dakota to organize its own election process.
